    Simple ? plz answer

    ok i now the no carb/fat meals how does it work with veggies no veggies and fats also right same as carbs because they are or not ??? dumb ? i dunno i so i just asked

    fibrous veggies are okay as their impact on blood glucose levels is next to nothing, starchy veggies, like corn or potatos, are not good to eat with fats

    correct most green veggies are so low calorie they take more calories to process them than whats in them. kinda like negative calories.
