    My Proposed Cutting Diet

    Age: 22
    Height: 6'2
    Weight": 210lbs
    Bodyfat: 10-11% (can see abs)
    Goal: 7-8% bodyfat
    I am natural.

    Here is my diet, any advice is greatly appreciated.

    (Cardio 40min 65-75% MHR on an empty stomach, taking Lipo-6 and 1g Vitamin C before)

    7:30am: 55g, 60g carbs, 0g fat (From Egg Whites and Oatmeal)

    10:00am: (Pre-training Meal): 1 Banana, 2 small apples, 30g protein

    11:30am: PWO Meal, 40g protein, 90g carbs, 0g fat from whey isolate and maltodextrin

    12:15pm: PPWO Meal, 55g protein, 35g carbs, 0-5g fat from egg whites/chicken/ham and brown rice

    2:45pm: 50g Protein, 0g carbs, 17g fat from Whey Protein Blend and nuts/Flax Oil/CLA

    5:15pm: 50g Protein, 0g carbs, 17g fat from chicken breast and nuts/flax oil/CLA

    7:45pm: 50g Protein, 0g carbs, 17g fat from chicken breast and nuts/flax oil/CLa

    10:30pm: 50g Protein, 0g carbs, 17g fat from Casein Protein Shake and nuts/flax oil/CLA

    11:00pm: Bed

    Final Count: 380g Protein, 235-250g Carbs, 68g Fat, 3132 Calories.

    im getting 215g of carbs and more than 68g of fat. oats have a few grams of fat, good fat but still fat.

    i would eat some fish in place of the chicken and add some green veggies.

    Good point on the fish, I will do that. I forgot to add in the greens haha, I eat green beans, or some such green veggie with 4 meals. The extra carbs that I am citing in my diet come from the 2 small apples and banana I eat Pre-workout.
