7:30am: 55g, 60g carbs, 0g fat (From Egg Whites and Oatmeal)
10:00am: (Pre-training Meal): 1 Banana, 2 small apples, 30g protein
11:30am: PWO Meal, 40g protein, 90g carbs, 0g fat from whey isolate and maltodextrin
12:15pm: PPWO Meal, 55g protein, 35g carbs, 0-5g fat from egg whites/chicken/ham and brown rice
2:45pm: 50g Protein, 0g carbs, 17g fat from Whey Protein Blend and nuts/Flax Oil/CLA
5:15pm: 50g Protein, 0g carbs, 17g fat from chicken breast and nuts/flax oil/CLA
7:45pm: 50g Protein, 0g carbs, 17g fat from chicken breast and nuts/flax oil/CLa
10:30pm: 50g Protein, 0g carbs, 17g fat from Casein Protein Shake and nuts/flax oil/CLA
11:00pm: Bed
Final Count: 380g Protein, 235-250g Carbs, 68g Fat, 3132 Calories.
