I am 25 and around 106kg 16 stone ish and trying to loose weight
i drink loads of water during the day
Morning i have Maximuscle Cyclone with banana around 7am
Dinner i am having jacket potato and plain tuna 12am
have apple or pear 12am - 16:00pm
i go training for about 1 hour and 20 mins doing some cardio and weights 16:30 to 17:30 ish
after training i have another Maximuscle Cyclone drink 17:35
pasta and tuna or pasta with veg 19:30 ish
sometimes i might have some rice and tuna or tuna and veg
