So I have been eating to bulk lately....as much as I can muster over the course of a day and have sort of hit a platuea in weight gain. I'm 6' 1" 216lbs. Started out at 207lbs 9-10 weeks ago. I have been slowly hedging up my calories each week to the point where I am having real trouble eating any more. It's becoming the hardest part of my day, even harding the working out and all. I am 100% stuffed all day. My meals are
7am
1.5cups oats, 1/2 cups rainsons, 6 eggs (1 yoke)
9am
2 large potatos, Chicken Breat, 1 cup green beans
11:15am
Whey protein shake, large apple
Workout
1PM
2 large baked potatos chicken breast and beans as above
3PM
Chicken Breast, 1 cup bean, 2 heaping tablespoons of natty PB
5PM
Lean meat, veggies of some type, and a clean carb
7:30PM
1.5 cups oats, 1/2 cup raisons, 6 eggs (one yolk)
10PM
1 Cup low fat cottage Cheese & a peice fruit.
My Harris Benedict Formula calories are about 2800 so I feel like i should be gaining wait. It all works out to about 3500 calories give or take a 100 during the day. I am having serious trouble eating more and have jsut stopped gaining so I feel like i need more calories (or less, see below). Are there any foods that I could toss in that would pack higher calories while not feeling like I am going to explode inside. Bulking is tough!!
So after all that. Is there any relavance to a reverse cheat where I go a few days without eating as much and then blast myself with food???
