i have my first cycle set but am still cutting so im getting my diet ready, through research i found that to bulk the formula is as follows: cals-18 per lb of bodyweight /protein-1.2 per lb/carb-2.1 per lb/fat-0.5 per lb

i will be 220 pounds at 8 percent fat when done cutting by calculation i should have 3,960 cals a day for bulking as follows: protein=264/carb=462/fat=110, is this looking good or should i adjust some stuff

protein from steak,chicken breast,egg whites,and shakes,tuna
carbs from brown rice, oatmeal, wholewheat bread

some advice on some more bulking carbs and good fats would be good, not sure of order or how meals will be put together but trying to get the calorie thing down so i can build the most muscle while on first test cycle
