Diet help for a girl ...vegan
Hello All I have a friend her Stats Age: 28, Wt. 140, she has been wt training for 5 years, not consistently. I've running for 5 years. Goals: Get buff, and loose the tummy..her words not mine..she is vegan ..can I use the basic cut sticky for her or do I need to get more info from her/u guys..1st she does not eat enough..She does run a lot 5+ miles eod ..runs the mile in the mid 6min range..all input I will pass on to her thanx!
