    Need help with body fat

    Hi everyone,

I'm new here so excuse me so please bare with me. First off, my stats

    Male 39
    5' 7" 156lbs
    20% body fat

I just started back working out since college. I wrestled in high school and college and cuting weight was very easy for me. I ran between 10% and 12% body fat dring my wrestling carrer. I'm a very picky eater. Meat and potatoes. I usually only eat one meal a day (dinner). I don't eat veggies or fruit. I know my iet and eating habbits suck.

I'm looking to get back to that ripped look I had in college and feel I need to drop about 10lbs and wold like to get my BF to 12%. I began working out a week ago in addition to taking Clen . I take 40mcg's in the morning and 40mcg's around 6:00 before I work out. I'm doing about an hour of weight training every other day and 30 minutes of cardio skipping rope every day. I began eating brakfast in the morning (a bowl of cereal) 110 cal's, lunch I have a power bar 140 cal's and dinner I'm eating grilled chicken , or tuna sandwich 250 cals (estimated). So I'm somewhere around 500 to 600 cal's max during the day. I'm also drinking about 10 glasses of water a day.

The problem is that during this past week, I have lost 1lb. I can'tfigure out why it's not melting away between the low cal's and the Clen. Iwould have dropped around 5lbs by now if in college. Is it my metabolism or what since I'm older? I'm really trying to get rid of my "man breats" ove handles and hope to see my six pack again. Oh, I drink no alcohol. Any advice?

    HELP an aging guy!!!

Eating that small amount of calories is the best way in the world to bring your metabolism to a screaching halt. I know its tough to do when your mindset is on losing weight but you need to slowly start adding in calories and work on getting the meals up to 6 a day.

6 meals a day with no simple carbs or junk, i ate alot of chicken breast with rice and did cardio in the morning on an empty stomach and i lost fat alot quicker, if your afraid of carbs like i was at first the consume the majority of them at breakfast and pre/post workout where they are burned up quickly
