brown rice is better as a complex energy carb and doesnt convert to fat white rice is like white bread ,has the same simple carb properties, brown rice sustains better energy like oatmeal instead of the crash from sugar sources

Brown over white for sure when it comes to rice. If you are really looking for a good low glycemic complex carb go with sweet potatoes or yams.

Basically brown rice is healthier in the sense that it contains more nutrients. Neither have "high" GI levels so that shouldn't change your choice. If you really like white rice better and can get the nutrients in other foods or supplements by no means shy away from it but if the taste doesn't matter the obvious choice is brown rice.
