What do you eat on your off days?
So I am struggling to eat good food on my off days. I'm in week 4 (i think) of my first bulk and so far things are going alright, but I always eat relapse on the days I don't train. Do you guys follow your same strict diet on your off days?

Absolutely eat just as strict on off days if not MORE strict depending on how much cardio I'm doing on off days. Rest days are for recovery and growth, eat worse and that's exactly the results you will get; Worse. Bodybuilding is 7 days a week not 4.

most people eat the same on off days they just lower calories by 300 due to no pre or post w/o needs, always worked good for me
