Well im now starting to cut because i got to a size i want. I have a bit of Bf that covers my abs and i want to lower my bodyfat. I know the basics to cutting
Lifting heavy, cardio,and diet. I need a little help on dieting though. What should i do to change my diet.. currently im eating as in a bulking diet.I need a little direction on what to be eating at what amounts. how much calories should i be taking in while cutting ? Current stats 5'10 180lbs ( looking to cut about 10lbs of BF ) Current meal plan example :
meal 1
2 Eggs
Sausage
Meal 2
Probably a Tv dinner if im in a rush or can of tuna with vegtables .along with protein shake
meal 3
yogurt or Peanutbutter ( couple teaspoons )
( Pre Workout )
Consume Protein shake
meal 4 after workout
Steak or roast or something along them lines with 2 potatoes and possibly some veggies
meal 5
if im hungry i'll grab a pb sandwhich
along with another protein shake
What would i need to do to convert to a good clean diet which promotes fat loss and keeps muscle ?? thanks!
