    Ok guys a lil help

    Well im now starting to cut because i got to a size i want. I have a bit of Bf that covers my abs and i want to lower my bodyfat. I know the basics to cutting
    Lifting heavy, cardio,and diet. I need a little help on dieting though. What should i do to change my diet.. currently im eating as in a bulking diet.I need a little direction on what to be eating at what amounts. how much calories should i be taking in while cutting ? Current stats 5'10 180lbs ( looking to cut about 10lbs of BF ) Current meal plan example :
    meal 1
    2 Eggs
    Sausage

    Meal 2
    Probably a Tv dinner if im in a rush or can of tuna with vegtables .along with protein shake

    meal 3
    yogurt or Peanutbutter ( couple teaspoons )
    ( Pre Workout )

    Consume Protein shake

    meal 4 after workout
    Steak or roast or something along them lines with 2 potatoes and possibly some veggies

    meal 5
    if im hungry i'll grab a pb sandwhich
    along with another protein shake

    What would i need to do to convert to a good clean diet which promotes fat loss and keeps muscle ?? thanks!

    only 2 Eggs? how about 2 hole eggs with 4 egg whites

    Tv dinner is no good at all imo
    how much cardio are you doing?

    yeah i will convert to eat more egg whites Yes maybe i'll replace the Tv dinner with a protein shake and a salad or something . I am a cardio fanatic always have been into the fighting game, i do cardio about 5 days a week and do workouts such as hill sprints,heavy bag work,conditioning workouts, jogging , etc.. My main era of trouble is my diet though.

    Dude, that diet is a complete disaster. You should really do some of your own homework first and then ask for some help cleaning it up. Other than meal #4 everything you are eating needs to be fixed. Looks like you eat quite a bit on the run. Biggest suggestion is to cook all your food the night before so you dont end up living on protein shakes and tv dinners.

    haha well in that case could you possibly re place some of the meal examples to give me an idea of what to be eating? Like i read alot about cutting but i never tend to understand the diet part , It's frustrating..

    Breakfast- 4 egg whites, 2 whole eggs, 1/2 cup of oats......A basic afternoon meal might look like 7oz sweet potato, 5oz(cooked) boneless, skinless chicken breast, 3.5oz broc. Like Fireguy said, you'r really not even close with the diet you posted, check out the cutting sticky at the top of the diet section for some basic guidlines for cutting. If your doing appropriate cardio for cutting (5/6 times a week) and your intensity is up in your workouts, your calorie intake could probably be up around 2700. But thats just a guess, without a current BF% and a current workout schedule, Im really just taking a guess.

    yea man thanks. I hope to not count calories unless its a must, i was hoping to eat clean and just monitor my diet in order to cut, do you think it's nessecary to count callys

    Ok Guys i wrote myself some good cutting notes. And It's basically my study guide for cutting , you guys agree with what i wrote ?

    My Cutting Plan


    Cardio :
    Everyday 40-60 mins of cardio except for Sundays.

    Nurtrition Tips and Ideas :
    Eat Whole foods ( ex . meat,vegetables,fruit, nuts )
    Reduce Bread / White Flour
    Reduce Consumption of sugar ( soft drinks, candies, cookies , etc )
    Drink as much water as possible
    Take Fish oil supple / along with Flax
    Continue Eating 6 meals a day,
    Cut the anytime snacks and eating before bed.
    Allow a cheat food once a week ( ex : Subway sub, or cheeseburger . )
    Don't drop calories too fast or risk loosing muscle.

    Weights :
    4 days a week -Continue Lifting heavy, and work more on Abs

    Find a donkey and smell his ass. The enzymes floating around the donkeys A hole will speed up your metabolism thus increasing the rate at which fat burns off your body. Or you could read all the stickys.
