Several years back I had a recipe for what was supposedly the ideal PWO drink. It had several ingredients, but I can't remember what they were or the amounts. Back then, commercial glucose was the insulin spike choice, along with whey, some ascorbic acid powder (vitamin C for free radical scavenging?), potassium, magnesium, & some other stuff...maybe creatine? glutamine? salt? I can't remember the formula, but I'm curious if anyone else heard of this. If anyone has this formula, or something like it, then I'd love to see it. Thanks.
