    MHP: Probolic-Slow Release Protein Powder

The manufacturer claims that Probolic-SR protein powder has a "slow release" feature which allows it to continuously feed muscles for up to 12 hours. Is that a fact or marketing hype? Most people seem to use it before bed, but I can't see why it couldn't be used throughout the day...it's only 7 calories per gram of protein...although it wouldn't have the same thermic effect of food. Does anyone know how true the claims are?
