The Quick Fix
Ok, I found myself yesterday discombobulated due to getting up late and not having time to pack all three of my meals for work. I drove around for almost an hour pulling in and out of places trying to find something that would fit what my meal should be. I ended up at chick fillet and had 2 grilled chicken sandwiches only eating the bread from one. 56g pro - 40g carb - 6g fat -2g sat fat
My question is, what are some places you can get a meal for lunch without "cheating" at all?

Chick Fillet actually might be your best option, I would say anywhere that will make a grilled chicken breast for you. The problem is gonna be good carb sources. You cant be eating wheat buns every day, chances are they're not real whole wheat, and even if they were there are much better carb sources than bread.

So where are some places where you can get something like that, that would fit most (good) diet needs?
I work out of a truck so what are some good carb sources to take on the go?

Grilled barbeque snack wraps from mcdonalds without cheese
Low in fat, high in protein.
Unfortunately high in sodium
if you are lazy you could do this once a week i guess

you really need to take time once a week and cook some lean protein and make some sort of WW wraps for the whole week. with whatever you like beans, rice, veggies, etc. it will suck at first but you ll get use to it.
just about any place you go it will have high sodium or fat, thats what makes it taste good. oh dont forget about the preservatives.
if you could sit down then it would be easier. lean protein, steamed veggies, and rice and beans or similar.
good luck.

That's a good idea, wraps would be cool. If I cooked it all on a sunday night would it stay good to thursday?
