My Get Jacked Diet
Fellas - could use some advice:
Breakfast: 3 eggs, 3 egg whites, fat free cheese, salsa. Wheat bread, oatmeal
Snack: Protein Shake, Banana
Lunch: large salad (nuts, tomatoes, chicken breast etc...), Cold Pasta
Snack: Protein Shake / Bar
WORKOUT
Dinner: Chicken / Steak + large potato + side salad
Snack: Protein Shake
I could use some filler meals instead of a protein shake...any thoughts?

you need to include weights and exact measurements... then add up the macros... put alittle more effort into it if ur serious.

all these meals should have at least 30-40g protein, last meal should be more than just whey. add some natural pb or flax or ***** oils to it.

Flax and PB sound like good additions. Do you think it is best to take flax in both the morning and night, or is simply at night sufficient?
