    Continuous Whey Protein...

Whey is best for PWO use, & it lacks the sustained release & thermic effect of regular food. But in my case, I'm not sure I can eat enough food to get enough protein. Is it OK to eat as much protein as you can in food, & then if you don't meet your needs, add whey along with the 6-7 meals throughout the day?

Say for example I need 50 g protein per meal, but during one meal, I just can't take another bite...would it be ok to drink 20 g of whey protein? It's much easier for me to drink stuff than to swallow food, because I had some damage to my throat/esophagus.

Whey is not the best source for protein.

good food is always better than a protein shake
keep pushing to eat slightly more every week and in 6 months you will be amazed how big your appetite will be

If you really have no choice and cant take another bite, then yes. Its obviously better then nothing.
