want to be 220lbs
So I've read that your susposed to eat every 2.5-3hrs (which I have been) but what if I' hungry before my time is up...should I eat and start the clock over again...I ususally do but it's a snack and not as much as I would have if I'd held out the full time...but I'm hungry or I'm thinking about eating and do so...advice please...
