so here i go...
im doing my first cycle n im about 3 weeks in. 500mg sust a week + 20mg var a day( i know the dosage is low but my brother did this dosage and gained 10lbs lean muscle so i am content). iv totally changed up my diet for this cycle and am trying to cut down to a decent weight. im 6'4 290lbs. some crappy bmi calculator said i was 36%, but it also said id have to be 200lbs to be in good health (which would make me look like snoop dog on crack). so i f i were to put a rough estimate, id say im somewhere between 24-28%. i v got a decent build on me so thats where i get the estimate...

heres my daily diet:

morning:
5 egg whites
cup of rolled oats or slice of multigrain flaxseed bread
mutivitamin + fish oil

snack: 60 protien shake

lunch:
8oz lean meat (iv cut beef out of my diet so its only pultry or fish)
assorted veggies cup

snack : 60 protien shake

dinner:
8oz lean meat
assorted veggies
multivitamin + fish oil

before sleep:
60 gram protien shake

ill do a pwo shake and some rolled oats daily on workout days

any help and advice would be appreciated. i know im doing something right cuz everyone is telling me im losin weight..

btw

my workouts are low weight high rep. 12-15 reps to failure.. on toppa that, im an amature mma fighter so i box and do jiu-jitsu 3 times a week and make sure there's cardio in my week at least 4 days.... thx for ur time
