check out my diet...
stats:
age: 20
weight: 248
bf: 18-20%
height: 6'1/4''
goal: put on about 25lbs of lean muscle in about 12wks, mostly cut, ideally i'd like to replace most of my fat with LBM, and get down to about 10-12%
breakfast: 9:00am
8 egg whites
2 wheat pancakes (or a cup of oats-measured cooked)
4 slices of lean turkey bacon
1 bannana
8oz of milk,water,or oj whatever im in the mood for
snack 1: 11:00am
protein shake (optimum nutrition) 2 scoops
lunch: 1:00pm
1 cup of wheat noodles
1/4 cup of mushroom ragu
1 grilled chicken breast
snack 2: 3:00pm
2 cans of tuna
1 cup of baby carrots
snack 3: 5:00pm
grilled chicken breast
some home made fruit salad
dinner: 7:00pm
grilled chicken breast
last meal: 9:00pm
1 whole banana
1 whole peach
5 strawberries
1 cup of ice
2 scoops of protein
1 cup of low fat milk
all blended together into a shake
im not sure of my macros im just hoping someone can just glimpse over it and give me a brief rundown of whats good and what isnt
my workouts vary sometimes theyre in the morning at like 10:00 am sometimes theyre at 10:00pm it all varies on my work schedule, so my meals change accordingly
anyways i also started pre loading on a cycle of test e, im preloading at 750mg and then continuing to do 12wks of 500mg weekly split into two

Ok, first off. Are you sure you want to bulk at 18-20% BF? Or did you mean you want to drop 25lbs or so? I will comment once I know more.
