for awhile now i have been waking up in the middle of the night and getting something to eat i dont know why i do my body hurts when i wake up and yeah i have started to eat a meal before sleep and it seems to work but i dont want to start gaining weight. i tend to drink 2 tsp of vinnegar when i eat before sleep to help the digestion since i know your system slows down when you sleep and it does work but i dunno for how long? anyone know how to stop the cravings all together?
