I am 6'0, 205lbs currently, would like to lean down to around 190 or so get rid of some extra fat around mid section.
I'm not competing and dieting is hard for me so I feel that this would be an easy diet to run

    No carbs in meal 1?
Definitely use sweet potato over rice. And I would suggest putting some grains in your diet. Oats, bran, barley...etc.
And of course I suggest real food over your whey in the morning and casein at night.

But its a hell of a lot beter diet than the rest of north america so best of luck to you. Are you counting calories at all or just estimating?

Also, I dont see any good fats in your diet. Get LNA and LA in there at some point.

I am not "counting calories" I am just eating as clean as possible and that's a good ratio to what i'm looking for. I agree with meal 1, I am going to add some oatmeal in there

Well, I take 6-10 fish oil caps a day, along with CLA. And when I cook eggs i coat the pan with Mac Nut Oil, and use Olive Oil on my steaks before i cook them

I pretty much agree with Bino.

I would look into cherries and grapefruits.
2 lowest on the GI scale.

    nice simple diet.... me likes!

but I concur with C-Bino - carbs in meal one

also, if you're a veggie hater, I find nuts (peanut, walnut, pecan, almond, etc..) help a great deal with the fiber and adding good fats...just throwin it out there

    cheers

Watermelon is one of the highest fruits on the GI scale, fyi. That being said, I would limit them to a cheat meal or pwo.

I'm definitely replacing one of the meals with a 50g whey shake/fiber supp because that is alot of meals to eat throughout the day
