if i have ate pre-workout when would be the best time to have my PWO shake? I have been doing 40g to 60g of microfiltration whey, 60g of waxy maize, 5g of bcaa's, 5g of glutamine, & 5g of creatine.
One of the trainers at the gym is a pro and said that i dont need to have the postworkout shake until after cardio. i always thought we add the 15 minuite window, the pro said you have an hour if you have ate carbs pre-workout. what do u guys think. the pro also said empty stomach cardio is not good, should eat protein and carb pre-cardio.
seems opposite of what i have always read and heard.
