my cutting diet
Let me know what you think. I used fitday.com to count up my macros and calories consumed. My stats are 5'5", wt 180, bf% 15-18.
Supplements: Green Tea Extract, Multi-V, Vit C, Beta-alanine, CEE, No-xplode, Arginine, Glutamine, 6oxo
M1-1/2 C oats
1 C Broccolli/green veggies
8oz Chicken breast
M2- 2tbsp Peanut butter
8 oz Chicken Breast
1 Cup Broccolli
M3 (Pre w/o)- 1/2 C oats
1 Can tuna
1 Scoop Protien
No-xplode (3 scoops=60 kcal)
M4- 2 Slices whole grain wheat Bread
1 can tuna
1 Scoop Protien
1 Cup Broccolli
M5-
8 oz lean steak/ 8oz Salmon
1 Cup Broccolli
M6- 8oz Chicken breast
1 Cup broccolli
5 fish oil capsules/
Totals 2776(Kcal) 72(Fat) 145(Carb) 385(Protien) Complete sources-332
