    dextrose

    can anyone explain dextrose in a carb drink
    i have looked for it in powder form but can only find the maltadextrin form
    am i being thick again!!!

    grape & apple juice or gaderade is equip w/dextrose, also i think celltect (creatine monohydrate) is also mix w/dex. you can also google search dextrose to find the different drinks and powder that have dextrose.
