i am currently not on AAS, but may be starting again soon, but I do hve a diet question, on it or not. I just started a new job working overnight, 11pm-7am. Lets just say the job is easy and I do little work and sit on my a$$ alot. I generally take a nap at work from 2am-5am. My workout time varies from day to day, but generally I will go when I get out of work at 7am, then go to sleep around 11am/12pm or so. I try to maintain a good diet but with the erratic sleeping hours and workout schedule it's hard to be consistant. Any thoughts?
