Its been awhile since I've posted on here. I usually just come to read and learn, but I figured its time for me to get a little more involved with the board. I've been reading a lot of post on carb cycling and also the Militant Body Opus. I know these are two different forms to approaching a well developed diet plan. I myself have been using a Carb cycling method for about nine weeks and I have gotten some decent results. I enjoy it besides the bloat feeling I get on the high carb day. Well I was hoping to here from members and there experiences on both approaches to dieting. As of late I've been thinking about going the route of Dan Duchaine's method. So any advice would be greatly appreciated.

I do cardio 3-4 days a week
