Every once in a while, I would cheat but I felt it didn't really do much in terms of helping my progress.
I will usually have a carb load day of something like a shit load of sushi or extra oats/sweet potatos etc.
If I have a cheat meal once ever month or two, that works for me. My g/f and her mom are rediculous cooks :lol:
My metabolism sucks, I know other people could get away with more.
