    PWO Carb choices

    Goal here: Fat Loss

On the PWO, been reading a bunch of the gurus comments about NOT using any form of Dex due to it being counterproductive to injest so much sugar in such a short time.....what would be a good alternative and still deliver the right delivery ratio for the Whey protein?

Still learning a lot, and the search button can be both helpful and confusing as there are so many opinions.....putting in the hard work at the gym, $ on a few supps, diet and such, just want to make sure that I am not being counterproductive with my PWO drink(s).

    As always thanks in advance

Its simple......you cant be counterproductive if your taking in protein and carbs pwo....unless you take in TOO MANY. Try waxy maize with whey.

waxy maize is crap. here's how i would do it. two scoops of whey, 8-16oz skim milk, around a cup of fat free cottage cheese with some cinnamon, splenda and oats mixed in.
