I workout in the morning b4 work. Most diet examples on here are for people that work out in the afternoon. Im having trouble getting a good breakfast cause everytime I eat breakfast b4 I workout I feel like blowing chunks.
Can somebody help?
Heres what I eat now:
Im 5'6 150 lbs
15 g protein bar on way to gym
7:00- 8:30 workout
52g Protein shake after workout as soon as my stomach feels like it'll take it
2 sandwiches w/ all natural peanut butter w/ flax seed oil
10:30 - 6 oz tuna plain or w/ bbq
12:30pm 6oz chicken or beef w/ salad sweet potato
3:30pm 6oz meat/ salad
6:30 same thing
9:00 some yogurt- or try to get down cottage cheese w/ fruit. 26 g protein shake
I eat eggs every morning I dont workout, they take too damn long to cook
