    eggs

    do you guys cook your eggs or just eat them raw. cause arent they like 10g protein raw and 6 cooked

    From memory I thought they were said to be more bioavailible if they were cooked.

    Dont worry too much about it bud, just so long as your eating them. They are too good a food to pass up.

    idk i was looking up nutritional value and it said raw 10 and cooked 6. i would rather eat 5 raw then 9 cooked. so what do you guys do.

    If i said that was true would you really start eating your eggs raw for an extra 4 grams of protein ?

    that 4 grams adds up quick when you need 60 g protein in for every meal in meals

    so you might only get 7-8g raw, but maybe 5 or all 6 if you cook them. have you ever tried a raw egg? i don't think you're gonna want to take down that many unless you cook them

    I have 6 raw a day. I throw them in a blender with some milk, honey and ice. No big deal.

    I'll first preface my answer with this...in the future use the SEARCH button as this question has been answered many times over.

    Whatever you read was wrong as far as your body getting the protein from the egg (bioavailability). Being cooked (hardboiled specifically) allows the egg protein to be more bioavailable.
