    Fat Free Ricotta cheese

    I cant stand cottage cheese, so can i each ricotta instead? It doesnt look bad to me, wanted to see what you guys thought tho. I am on a cutting diet right now, Nutrition facts below.

    Dry cottage cheese is good two but Dairy tends to give people a soft look..so i only use it when bulking and stay away from it when cutting
