How Many Calories (Bulking) calories/lb?
What is the general rule of thumb when bulking in regards to how many calories one should consume per pound of their body weight?
I'm not looking for an answer like 3,500-4,500 calories a day.
I want the equation so I can work it out for any weight, such as xcalories/lb
Thanks

Drink a gallon of skim milk ed and 4 nice meals and you'll grow. The glucose in milk can bring on alot of power and its cheap protien.
