I am looking to lose my bodyfat/fat, I am on a Test C and have 2.5 weeks left, Now durning PCT I would like to still maintain my same cal intake but with the food I would use to lose weight, so once I am done my PCT, I can hop on and cut down the cal and lose pounds.

But I don't want to lose muscle. I have clen and protein power.Now I am not sure what esle I may be able to use with clen to lose fat, But like I said I have clen.

My questions are:

What kind of foods should I eat that will help me save muscle?
How would I line them up in the day(pro/fat, pro carb, and so on)?

I know I need to be eating 6 meals a day I am eating about 9 as of today.

I am 5'9, 195LB!
