    Peanuts?

    Dry roasted peanuts have about 300 calories in them, but also fats, im wondering if these are good for my bulking cycle?

    300 cals for 2 oz or what?

    why wouldn't they be ok? I eat nuts when cutting.

    They are great bulking or cutting.

    As long as they fit into your daily macros.

    peanuts are fine but I'd choose almonds over peanuts.

    did you just say peanut butter, I really cant control my self when eating this thing. my tablespoon is always doubled when taking it out of the jar...

    LMAO! Yeah I love my idea of a tablespoon when im scooping it out of the jar. Basically anything that sticks to the tablespoon and that I can get from the jar to my mouth without it falling off...thats one TBSP, lol.

    Im going to stock up on dry roasted peanuts!!

    Peanut butter, good for bulking and cutting? I want to get ripped on my cycle....

    I would say almonds are a better all around choice. Peanuts, although small, cause blood sugar to elevate. Most nutritional experts or textbooks will give nuts a GI of 0. Peanuts are always given a GI in the 10-20 range. Like I said its small/low but I would still rather have the almonds.
