I heard it was 40% carbs 60% protein but that seems like alot of carbs
Also I was doing a semi cutting diet before and I was having 11 grams of fiberous carbs for my last two meals should I go back to having 6 meals of starchy carbs if I'm bulking? I don't think 60% carbs would be so bad if I kept my last two meals fiberous carbs though

I'm currenty eating 67 grams of protein each meal so if my carbs were 60% I'd be eating a little over 100 grams of carbs per meal
