    new diet

    i started a bulk diet yesterday. its about 4000 cal. a day with about 300 grams of protein. i'm 25 6'tall and 160 with less than 5%bf. i'm tryin to gain 30 naturally without juicing. i was wondering what u guys think. i got about 3200 cals in yesterday.

    i ate 2 pb sandwiches, about 4oz of cheese, a can of tuna, 8oz of filet minion, about a cup of rice... i ate more but not sure whatelse i ate off hand. i stuffed myself and i got about 275 grams of protein.

    any advice on tweaking my diet let me know please. thanks guys.

    eat ever 2.5hours...after a month eat every 2 hours....after a month every 1.5 hours only eat less carbs...do that for about 2 years and if your lucky yo might have gained 10lbs of pure muscle...just go get yourself some creatine and anavar ..no side effects except for the addiction to wanna try other anabolics...id say anavar is like the marjuana of juice..lol
