deos deli meats have less sodium, fat. etc. than prepackaged meat???

All I do is eat packages of turkey and ham all day from my protein sources. Recently I found out turkey is better for you so I cut out the ham. Now I heard I shouldnt be having prepackaged meats at all b/c of the sodium. So would it be healthier to get meats from the deli, is the turkey there have less sodium or something?

Most the time it's pretty much the same stuff because they get their meats in large packages and then just slice them for you...BUT, find a turkey deli that actually roasts then slices their own meat with no preservatives and it will be fine.
