I think it can make up for a clean meal. What do you think?
Horse meat (~2g fat for 20g pro)
Whole wheat hamburger bread
1 slice fat free cheese
Some ketchup

Not the BEST choice but I don't see any problem with honestly especially when bulking. I use 93% lean ground beef to make em when bulking or I get buffalo burgers and I use regular slices of cheese on whole wheat buns with some lettuce and tomato.

I run after them in a field with my axe and kill them, strap them on the top of my car and drive back home. then I put it in between two slice of bread and eat the thing. those unicorn are good also

LOL! No, Ive just had some bad experiences with horses and they've just never sat well with me... I think I might be the only person in the world who doesnt think that they are magical, majestic creatures. Long story short, I would love to try me some horse meat

Beef does have a bunch of protein and is good source of food. However the process to break down beef is approx. 24 hours as oposed to 6 hours with chicken.

you must be having it in similar ways all the time.... Try roasting one meal boiling another and then just grilling another.... I do that. Since I am mexican I add either green or red hot sauce of each meal its pretty good... and you stil within your marcos since you are eating a sauce made out of red or green peppers and red or green tomatoes... so it will still be veggies. another thing you can do is use a lil of soy sauce that gives it another kind of taste.

If you can try eating your beef in the AM like make it your second meal that way you system will break it down and wont be to harsh in your stomach at night like me since I work out at night.

are you in quebec? i had horse meat once when i was in montreal. i don't think you'll find it in stores where i live (vancouver). it was very iron-tasting.

i've never been keen on riding or anything, but horses IMO are noble and intelligent creatures. ever seen seabiscuit? i won't eat horse again.
