allright im starting to design my bulk plan for my first cycle so far i have this:
ratio is gonna be 50/30/20 is that good?
for fats im gonna get flax seed oil, should i have peanut butter also or will flax be fine?
my stick point is how many calories i need i dont know my bmr so im having a hard time with that i am 220 lbs and 23 yo i am 6 foot 1 inch with 9 percent fat when bulking starts im going to up calories by 200 a day every week through bulk and watch pounds gained verse bf% and adjust accordingly throughout cycle
