HI, I am Jade. I am a 23year old mother with two kids.

I have a good job that keeps me in shape I clean home and boats.

I am planning on using the bow-flex till I get more cash flow for the Gym.

I am 5'6, 126LB ( I would say I am looking ok for having two kids)

Now I am not sure what I should be eating or when, My b/f tells me I should eat like... Oatmeal/Chicken/cottage cheese/Eggs and things like that.

Now what would you say, Is there like a way I need to follow so i am not intaking tons of carba nd fat at same time or different time???
