How do i put the right diet toughter ? NEW HERE !
Hey guy's !
I am new to the forum site. I was looking around and i was very happy with this site so i joined. I am in need of help to put the right diet toughter for me. But i dont were to start can i get some tips ? I was reading up of the diet section but i dont eat eggs or cottage cheese lol
PLEASE HELP.. i need to gain weight for football FAST

im glad you came here instead of wanting to hear about juice, there are all kinds of guys that have been on here for over a year that havnt even touched the stuff just learning how to eat and train

I just saw your post on Rex's thread. For God's sake do not use juice!!!!! That will seriously mess up someone your age!!! Plus, you have to be eighteen to be a member on this site, a suspension awaits you when a mod sees your age. Look at my diet plan further down, it has no eggs or cottage cheese. I can't stand them either. It may be a bit much for a guy your size though. If you're going wild with football though, maybe not. I remember how much I used to exercise when I did track- I couldn't get enough calories!
