    ok so here is my diet..I am open to suggestions.

    this is my current summer *cut down* diet to lean up..been doing it since jan with great results but I just want to know what you guys think of it..

    Breakfast
    Mutlis
    Cereal
    1% Milk
    (sometimes a banana with orange juice)

    2nd meal
    4 eggwhites 1 yolk
    cand of tuna
    yogurt
    bottle of water

    Pre Gym - 1 Apple with 5grm Creatine

    Post workout Protein Shake Isopure zero carb..*sometimes Ill throw in a bag of oatmeal in it*

    Dinner*
    1 8oz or so chicken cutlet
    Veggies
    Yogurt
    Bottle of water

    I am Currently 200lbs

    even without listing the macros, this is a no-go diet... just terrible...sorry to be harsh bro!

    hmm I see..the cutting diet seems to be pretty simple..but what does it refer to "lean protein"..chicken cutlets?

    ok so after reading the sticky here is my new diet!! lol

    Meal 1:
    4 Egg Whites, 1/2 cup oatmeal

    Meal 2:
    Protein shake/Lean Protein (2 tbsp flax

    Meal 3:
    Veggies, Tuna

    Workout

    Meal 4:
    PWO Nutrition

    Meal 5:
    Veggies, Chicken Cutlet, 1/2 cup rice or oatmeal.

    Meal 6:
    Shake with Flax

    What? you copied and pasted an outdated generic diet. Did you ever think about making a diet that is for your stats? If youre not weighing your food and breaking down your macros....
    Do you know how much protein, carbs, fats, and kcals youre eating every meal? If not, you might as well eat whatever your mom buys for you. Sorry, bro. Almost impossible to help you without you having a basic understanding of nutrition. Honestly though, good luck and dont be so damn hasty.

    More real food, more fibrous carbs, more starchy carbs, more cooking, more tupperware. Lean protein refers to turkey breast, chicken breasts, lean cuts of red meats and various forms of fish.
