how should i be taking my shakes?
i just bought a post shake called dark matter(carbs insulin spiker)
ive been drinking cyto gainer post(lots of protein,calories)
ill drink the cyto shake full of protein and cals pre work out,
DO I DRINK ANOTHER AFTER WORKOUT ON TOP OF PW SHAKE WHICH CONTAINS LITTLE NUTRIENTS?

Best is to drink a post workout shake with roughly 40g protein and 80g carbs. Best is WMS for the carbs. I'm not a fan of drinking a protein shake pre workout but that's just me.
