    diet

well i am 5 foot 6 pretty small boned.. so i don't see myself being much bigger.
if i get to 165lbs i would be happy.

i eat good food..healthy food but it still goes to my gut..so even as i get
bigger my gut follows along..this is why i stopped trying to gain weight..didn't want fat.
    just muscle.

    i don't wanna do cardio...but i do a little..

btw..i used steroid in my 20's then stopped working out until age 34 i started again..so i have
just been training hard for the last 3 yrs..(37) .. 4 times a week

    eg..this morning

    oatmeal
    4 hard boiled eggs
    1 egg sandwich
    banana
    orange

    lunch

    stuffing
    turkey
    mashed potatoe
    salad

    2 beef livers
    1 multi
    6 amino acids
    1 whey shake
    1 efa
    water throughout

in 1 hour i am going to the gym.

it's 2 o cock in the afternoon.. does this look good so far.

Nope, lol. Stuffing and mashed potatoes have no business in any kind of diet. Sub in sweet potatoes. Also no reason to have a whey shake unless its PWO (or possibly first thing in the morning) much more beneficial to eat whole foods.

no no no....just meant no need for whey shakes at any time during the day other than PWO or first thing in morning Whole eggs in moderations are fine depending on your goals. If you are bulking then something like 2 whole eggs and 6 egg whites would suffice. I dont eat any yollks if im cutting.

Yup, lots of sacrifice, discipline, and not having a life, lol......Like anything in life, you get what you put in. Of course you have to know how to get there tho, and you are in the right place for that Good to see you spending some time in the diet section Deen! Are you trying to bulk, or have you given up on it. If you are still trying to I would take it as a personal challenge to help you put some size on. I know you've said in other threads that you are "small boned," and not capable of getting any bigger, but im not buying it. I was small my whole life. If I showed you pics of me high school and first few years of college you would flip out.
