    Chicken and acne?

    Does anyone know if there is something in chicken that causes acne. I was eating a few breast a day for a few weeks and i was always breaking out. I stopped and now i have no zits.

    hmm was it regular acne on your face and neck or was it all over?

    it was a greasy oily acne. a few on my back and on my face/ I usally dont get acne at all.
