SpreadSheet
Would anyone in here be interested in a spreadsheet that auto calculates fields and percentages based on the info you give it?
I currently use this for following and planning my diets.
Also be nice if it can be sticked if all goes well.
I could create a MS DB to have all the foods and crap in it, but thats way to much.
I think we are all smart enough to know the macros and how to keep track of them.
This community has helped me and I know this would help a few people also.
UPDATE
Added file back

File has all macro auto calculated and alot of fields are locked to keep formatting and formulas untouched.
4 columns per meal for Pro, carb, veg.
File is in excel format and use excel or that will read and execute the (SUM) formulas
Enjoy and let me know what some of you think, or if there is anything I can do to improve it.
This version is meant to be printed out.Last edited by jackjackson; 07-26-2008 at 06:20 AM.

File added back
http://roadtobodybuilding.com/Meal_Plan.xls
Please let me know of any thoughts or ideas.
I will be adding a high carb low carb no carb macro in there/button
Also Might just add another column right next to quantity for carb days
Also will add in formula for BF% and Target heart rate for cardio high and low intensity
Keep in mind this is meant to be printed out on normal 8 1/2 x 11 paper for easy to follow schedule.
I know its hard remembering your new schedule when you first start itLast edited by jackjackson; 07-27-2008 at 08:25 PM.
