So I'm going to try and wrestle in college, lol No Juicingim not ready anyways, but I was wondering what the most effective way to cut and bulk would be.
I'm currently roughly 180 and my desired weight class is 174. Right now I'm working on cutting down to 170ish and I'm planning on bulking up once I reach that weight and maybe get back to a little under 180 then cut buck down to 74 again.
Is this the best way to do it in my current situation?
