    Hey everyone,

I just got back to the gym a few months ago and am able to lift again. I would like to gain as much muscle size as possible. Not sure of my BMR but I do have a farely fast metabolism (hard for me to get fat). Does this look ok for a bulking diet?

    I only see 3 meals....
Weight gain powder sucks. Does yours have "corn syrup solids"? Even if it doesn't I would ditch it. You've got more than enough "powdered food" without it (that sure is a lot of whey... too much if you ask me). Replace that with a real meal (steak and sweet potato?). 2 bananas plus fruit juice is fructose overkill. I would supplement some flax oil too. That's enough of my griping to get you started.
