OK i did the wieght Calc thing an honestly besides the gym i get little to no exercise i work out 5-6 days a week so should i be on the little to no exercise or should i be on a higher one? thank you for your time any input helps

Yeah, this is a tough one, its pretty abstract. I work at a desk, and when cutting I weight train 5 days a week 1hr 15min sessions, and do cardio 6x a week at least for 50 min. And I use 1.7 as a multiplier which some might say is high but, idk thats what i use, obviously this goes down when bulking and doing very little cardio. I know I have a super fast metabolism, so i error a little more on the high side.
abbot, you put in 1.7 and you have a desk job (no offense) is that because of the amounts
of cardio you do
i put the highest in and it was nowhere near i have added 600 calories to this and the weight gain has stopped
maybe i`m just a freak
