    Olives ??? Cutting...

    are olives ok for a fat source in a cutting diet? had some for the first time in a while and downed about a 1/2 can.

    I would think as long as it fits into your daily macros then you could include them. There are much better sources of fats to eat but you could probably include them and be ok.
    Id be more concerned with the sodium content in it.
